How can we assist?

This is your starting point for alerting us to any issues you need help with, or for submitting comments and queries. Here you can contact the follow departments quickly and easily: Housing, Finance, Welfare, HR, IT and the Training and Learning Centre.

How to send a message to Helpdesk:

1. Click on "Open a New Ticket"

2. Enter your contact information

3. Select the relevant department from "Help Topic"

4. In the box, type your message

5. You can add files, pictures, or other attachments if you need to

6. When you're ready, click on "Create Ticket" and your query will be delivered to the relevant department, who will endeavor to respond to you ASAP.

7. You will receive an emailed acknowledgement within 30 minutes
